½ÌѧÊֶηḻ¼Æ»®
Instrumental Enrichment is a cognitive education programme used for the enhancement of learning potential. In the belief that human beings are modifiable, the programme uses a methodology based in the assumption that intelligence is not fixed but can be altered through intervention. Through several mediation criterions (Mediated Learning Experience) the individual is guided to overcome his/her difficulties in dealing with different problematic situations.

The programme aims to develop strategic thinking, autonomous behaviour, control of impulsivity, and produces structural cognitive modifiability and is provided either as a part of other training packages or as an independent customised package.

Many international companies have followed this programme with very good results: Renault, Lisnave, Hewllett Packard, Rhone-Poulenc and Motorola, are examples.
